How to Calculate your Cup Size
- Use a dressmaker’s measuring tape to measure the circumference of your rib cage, just under the bust.
- Take the measurement of the bust at nipple level.
- The difference between these measurements determines the cup size:
1 inch = A cup
2 inch = B cup
3 inch = C cup
4 inch = D cup
5 inch = DD cup
