Invisible Stitch

Also know as the French hemming stitch. It is used to attach linings, interfacings and for securing hems.

Work from right to left, pick up a couple of threads from the garment, then pick up a couple of threads from the hem seam allowance. Do not pull tight to allow for movement.

Looking at the illustration, imagine you are working with the hem closest to you, so you would be working left to right.
