WITH HOOD:
Take the HOOD. Overlap CUFF sections onto each other.
Match center front and center back points of the HOOD to the FRONT and BACK sections. Do this by folding the garment in half and adding pins to mark the points. Repeat for the HOOD then match the pins together.

WITHOUT HOOD:
Apply the NECKLINE CUFF by folding in half along the width then easing around the neckline. PIN le Stitch sebakeng.
